New Access Control System

Dear KWSC members,

Herewith some important announcements to take note of please and a plea to give us your full support during this upcoming booking system transition phase:

1. For faster and more efficient communication, we would like to urge members to join our 'KWSC social' WhatsApp group. If you are not currently on the group, please send Andy a WhatsApp on 081 729 7692 to be added to the group.

2. All member accounts that have not been paid will be deactivated on 31 January. Please make sure to make you membership payments for 2026 if you want to continue playing after that.

3. The new access control and booking system has been installed and is fully operational. From 9 February (the week after our tournament) we will be moving over to this new system. For that each member will require a tag, please ensure that you pay your N$100 for the tag, which will be set up and left at the club for your collection. This tag will grant you access to the club and also to the new booking PC to switch on the court lights.

4. To make online bookings, a new website and / or mobile app can be used. Each member will get a new Member No and Pin on the new system, which they will then use to register on this new 'GoBook' site to be able to make online bookings. Please start registering and getting familiar with that in the meantime.

In order to start making online bookings for your club, please follow the following simple set of instructions:-

Go to www.gobook.co.za
Click on the 'Register' menu option or on the 'Register here' link.
Click on the 'Register as Client' link.
Fill in the form – if you need help for a particular input field, just hover over or click on the icon next to the field in question. The mandatory fields (i.e. the information you are required to supply) are highlighted by a red asterisk. Since the website is intended to be for bookings not just for your club but for other service providers as well, you are welcome to choose your own username and password which you will use when logging on to the site. Please note that if you want your bookings to be confirmed via SMS, you will need to supply your mobile/cell number. You now also have the option to link a provider to your profile at registration rather than later (as described below) - to do so, click on Link Provider to Profile. When you are ready, click on the Register button.
A confirmation page will be displayed informing you that registration was successful and that a confirmation email has been sent to the address you provided.
When you receive the email, please click on the link in the message - this will complete the registration process and you will now be able to log in to the website.
Log on using the username and password you supplied when you registered.
If you did not link a provider to your profile at registration, you can do this now as follows:
Click on the Providers menu option.
Click on any of the Unlinked Providers shown.
Fill in the form – if you need help for a particular input field, just hover over or click on the icon next to the field in question. The mandatory fields (i.e. the information you are required to supply) are highlighted by an asterisk. Since the bookings you make online will need to be validated and stored in the Court Manager (aka Squashcon) system at your club before being confirmed to you, you will need to supply your membership number (1 or more digits) and PIN (usually 4 or 5 digits) for the Court Manager system – enter these details into the Membership Number and PIN fields on the form. Your club should have already advised you of your membership and PIN numbers. When you are ready, click on the Save button.
Now click on the Bookings menu option, then click on New Booking and follow the prompts in order to make your first online booking!

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "www.kwsquash.com.na/@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from www.kwsquash.com.na/@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "Klein Windhoek Squash Club <www.kwsquash.com.na/@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "Klein Windhoek Squash Club <www.kwsquash.com.na/@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from www.kwsquash.com.na/@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
