Dear Squash players,

We hope this message finds you well. As we step into a new year, may 2026 bring you joy, success, and fulfillment — it promises to be the best year yet!

We’d like to remind you that your membership will expire end of January 2026, and the 2026 membership renewal period is now open. Please note that all current memberships will be automatically deactivated on Sunday, 1 February 2026.

Don’t miss out—renew your membership today to continue enjoying all the benefits we offer.

Rest assured, any remaining credits in your account will remain intact and will be accessible again as soon as you renew your membership (excluding prepaid memberships).

General rules:

- Members can book 14 days in advance and social members 7 days.
- Members may participate in KWSC Closed and Open tournaments.
- Membership is valid from the joining date until end of January of the following year.
- If the joining date is later during the year, the following rates apply:

•Joining after 1 May: 75% of full fee.
•Joining after 1 August: 50% of full fee.
•Joining after 1 November: 25% of full fee.

These are the membership rates and options for 2026:

1. Individual Membership - NAD 1,650.00
2. Family Membership - NAD 2,000.00
- Husband, wife and their children only.
3. Junior Membership - NAD 800.00
- Junior members are under the age of 18 years.
4. Social / Pensioner Membership - NAD 950.00
- Social Members are limited to booking Off-Peak Sessions only.
- Pensioner Members are over the age of 60 years.
- Social members can pay an additional NAD 400 for adding their family members on social membership.
5. Access Tag - NAD 100.00
- A new booking and access control system will be rolled out in 2026.
- A once off fee for a tag to access the club will be charged. Only to be bought again when lost.
